Mr. Fogarty represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation including drafting complex pre-trial/trial motions, taking depositions and representing clients at trial. Mr. Fogarty also has experience handling all aspects of civil appeals including authoring briefs and advocating for his clients at oral argument. Mr. Fogarty also has experience providing insurance coverage analysis and representing insurers in first party claims.
Mr. Fogarty received a B.S.B.A with a double major in Finance/Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2002. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law in 2005. After completing law school, Mr. Fogarty served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edith Messina in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. After his clerkship, Mr. Fogarty worked for a large national firm representing servicers of securitized loans in the specialized area of loan defeasance. Mr. Fogarty joined the firm in 2008, and he became a shareholder in 2013.
